The path from academia and international consulting to becoming a writer of historical fiction has brought me full-circle to my hometown of Austin, Texas. Exploring the story of Harry and Viktoria as they traverse the challenges of the second world war has reminded me throughout the process of the importance of family--especially when times are tough.
Bringing this book to life is a dream that I am excited to share with my family and friends, as well as with lovers of historical fiction and World War II history buffs. I am grateful for so many encouraging words of support throughout this journey.
